How to Acquire Building Permit

Building permits are a required resource for department growth at every 10-level interval. The higher the department level, the greater the number of permits needed.
Completing daily missions in the Season Pass grants one building permit per day.
Upon reaching Season Pass Level 4, 10 building permits are awarded, with 10 additional permits granted every 10 levels thereafter.
Premium Pass holders receive extra rewards:
30 building permits at Level 4 and 30 more every 10 levels thereafter.
Limited-time seasonal events provide a certain amount of building permits as rewards.
Building permits appear randomly in the Daily Shop and Monthly Shop, where they can be purchased with in-game currency.
Building permits can be obtained at random from Daily Fortune, which can be used three times per day.
Monthly Subscription → Grants 5 building permits upon purchase.
Ad Removal Package → Grants 2 building permits per purchase.
