Heroes can grow through leveling up and promotion.

■ Hero Level Up

• Heroes can level up by spending gold.

• When leveling up, the hero's stats increase, which in turn raises the company’s value.

■ Hero Promotion

• Heroes can be promoted using their résumés.

• There are 5 promotion stages, and each stage increases the maximum level by 20.

• Upon reaching a certain rank, heroes may gain a new skill or enhance an existing skill.
