Litigation

Litigation is a large-scale feature open to all users on the server.
Aside from the Plaintiff and Defendant companies, all other users can choose to support either side.
The side that accumulates the most points by the end is declared the winner.
CEOs who have reached Level 20 in the Legal Department can initiate litigation against listed companies.
1 Litigation Ticket will be consumed upon initiating a lawsuit.
A minimum investment of 1 million Gold is required.
The Legal Stat of the initiating CEO determines the efficiency of Gold-to-point conversion and the Victory Fee rate.
Once initiated, the litigation remains open for 2 hours.
All players on the server can join either the Attacking (Plaintiff) or Defending (Defendant) side.
The Plaintiff can only invest Gold into their own team, and the Defendant likewise can only support their side.
Gold invested by CEOs is converted into points and contributed to their chosen team according to the formula below:
Point Formula = Invested Gold × (1 + Legal Stat of Representing Company × 0.01%)
The team (Plaintiff or Defendant) with the higher total points at the end wins.
After the lawsuit ends:
The winning side will receive a reward distributed proportionally based on their investment share, excluding the victory fee from the total Gold staked in the litigation.
The higher the Legal Stat of the plaintiff company, the lower the victory fee, resulting in greater returns.
After the lawsuit ends, the defendant company will enter a cooldown period, during which details and results can be viewed in the litigation interface.
If the reward is not claimed within 2 hours, it will be delivered via in-game mail.
During litigation, only the number of participants and short cheer messages from each team are visible.
More cheer messages will be shown depending on the number of team members. The actual point total of each team is not revealed.
Thus, psychological warfare must be waged using limited information such as the Legal Stat and participant count of the plaintiff and defendant.
Depending on the outcome and scale of the lawsuit, the defendant company’s stock price may rise or fall.
Even if you don’t participate directly in the litigation, predicting stock price fluctuations is key to forming investment strategies.
1. Initiating the Lawsuit
CEO A files a lawsuit against “OO Electronics.”
The lawsuit remains open for 2 hours after initiation.
1 Litigation Ticket is consumed.
2. Choose a Team & Participate
Other CEOs on the server choose to support either the Attack Team (Plaintiff) or the Defense Team (Defendant) by investing Gold.
Point Calculation Formula Gold Invested × (1 + Legal Stat of Team’s Representative Company × 0.01%)
3. Psychological Warfare
Only the number of participants and short support messages are shown in real-time.
Both total points and Gold invested remain hidden.
4. Lawsuit Ends
After 2 hours, the total points of both teams are compared.
The team with the higher total points wins.
5. Reward Distribution
The total Gold invested (from both sides) is distributed based on each player's contribution, and the Victory Fee is determined by the individual's Legal Stat.
Higher Legal Stat = lower victory fee
6. Stock Price Impact
Depending on the result, the stock price of the company rises or falls.
Investors can anticipate stock changes and choose to buy in or short sell accordingly.
